Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Intel Agent, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.

2. The service

Intel Agent analyzes trial concepts and comparable clinical-trial information to produce decision-support reports. Features may include concept decomposition, eligibility-criteria analysis, endpoint patterns, operational intelligence and custom questions.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Use the service only for lawful professional purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not submit identifiable patient data or content you do not have permission to use.

4. AI-generated outputs

Intel Agent outputs are evidence-based decision support, not medical, legal or regulatory advice. AI-generated findings may contain errors or omissions. You must apply qualified clinical, statistical, legal and regulatory review before relying on a report or making a trial decision.

5. Reports, pricing and payment

The scope and price shown before purchase form part of your order. The Max Report is currently presented at €450. Taxes, payment timing, cancellation and refund details will be shown at checkout before payment becomes binding.

6. Ownership and confidentiality

You retain rights in the materials you submit. Trial Agents retains rights in the service, software, methods, templates and underlying platform. Each party remains responsible for protecting confidential information it receives.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will be complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate written agreement.

8. Changes, suspension and contact

We may update the service or these terms and may suspend access where necessary for security, non-payment or material breach. Questions about these terms can be sent to intel@trialagents.com.
